Spicy Garlic Shrimp Recipe with Lan’s Vegan Chili Sauce and Chili Oil

Ingredients:
- 1 lb peeled frozen shrimp with open back, rinsed and drained
- 2 tbsp grapeseed oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Lan’s vegan chili oil
- 4 tbsp Lan’s authentic vegan chili sauce
- Fresh cilantro or green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- Lime wedges (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Shrimp:
1. Rinse the peeled frozen shrimp under cold water and drain thoroughly.
Heat the Oil:
2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the grapeseed oil over medium-high heat.
Cook the Shrimp:
3. Add the drained shrimp to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes until the shrimp start to turn pink and curl up.
Add Garlic and Chili Oil:
4. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and stir-fry for another minute until fragrant.
5. Drizzle Lan’s vegan chili oil over the shrimp and mix well.
Coat with Chili Sauce:
6. When the shrimp are about 80% cooked (mostly white but still slightly translucent in the center), add Lan’s vegan chili sauce.
7. Stir to coat the shrimp evenly with the sauce.
Finish Cooking:
8. Continue to cook for another 1-2 minutes until the shrimp are fully cooked through and evenly coated with the sauce.
Plate and Garnish:
9. Transfer the shrimp to a serving dish.
10. Garnish with fresh cilantro or green onions.
11. Serve with lime wedges on the side if desired.
