Lan’s Vegan Chili Sauce and Avocado on Toast

Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 slices of garlic bread or your favourite bread (sourdough, baguette, whole grain, or any bread of your choice)
- 2 tbsp Lan’s authentic vegan chili sauce
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Lan’s vegan chili oil
- Toppings (optional):
spicy garlic shrimp, sliced tomatoes, radishes, arugula, poached egg, feta cheese etc
Instructions:
Toast the Bread:
1. Toast the slices of bread to your desired level of crispiness. You can use a toaster, oven, or stovetop.
Prepare the Avocado:
2. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
3. Mash the avocado with a fork until you reach your desired consistency. You can leave it chunky or make it smooth.
Season the Avocado:
4. Add salt, black pepper, and a squeeze of lemon juice to the mashed avocado. Mix well.
Assemble the Avocado Toast:
5. Spread the seasoned avocado evenly over the garlic bread.
6. Spread a healthy amount of Lan's Vegan Chili Sauce to top off.
Add Toppings:
7. Add any additional toppings you like. Some popular options include sliced tomatoes, radishes, arugula, poached eggs, crumbled feta cheese or spicy garlic shrimp.
