Asian Stir-Fry Green Beans with Lan's Szechuan Herbal Chili Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
- 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp of Lan's Chilli Sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Prepare the Shrimp
1. Rinse green beans under cold water and drain thoroughly.
2. On a chopping board, trim both ends of the bean, leave them whole.
Heat the Oil
3. Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Cook the Beans
4. Add the 3 cloves of garlic (minced), and stir-fry for about 30-45 seconds until fragrant and slightly golden brown.
5. Add the green beans, stir-fry for a 5-8 minutes, until the beans softens , then pour in 60 ml of tap water.
6. Cover and let steam 1-2 minutes until beans reach desired consistency.
7. Scoop out 2 tablespoon of Lan’s Chili Sauce over the green beans and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes, ensuring the beans are evenly coated with the sauce.
Plate and Garnish
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
9. Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve with steamed rice if desired and enjoy!
